We offer refunds and exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving shipment. In order for us to issue a refund or mail out a replacement product we have to receive the returned item first. The customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charge or reimburse you for the return shipping cost, unless the return was the result of our error.
Due to the nature of our products and cosmetic industry standards, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened products .
